Small Business Rgulatory Relief Act
The commission will also consider requests for review from affected small businesses, provide state agencies with input regarding proposed rules that may adversely affect small business and provide an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature, including recommendations and evaluations of agencies regarding regulatory fairness for small businesses. Small business is defined as a business employing fifty or fewer full time employees. The Commission will be composed of nine members, all current or former small business owners, seven appointed by the Governor, one by the Speaker of the House and one by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
